Elements of seat belts (Opel Omega B)

Front seat belt and retractor drum

Removal

1. Remove the cap.



2. Unscrew the lower mounting bolt.



3. Remove the lower B-pillar trim panel.



4. Remove the anti-theft alarm sensor.





5. Remove the mounting screws and remove the upper B-pillar trim panel.



6. Thread the belt through the trim panel.



7. Remove the trim panel.



8. Loosen the mounting screws.





9. Remove the threshold trim panel.



10. Unscrew the mounting bolt (indicated by the arrow) and remove the upper belt mount.



11. Loosen the tension drum mounting bolt and remove the seat belt.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Rear seat belt and tensioner drum (models with a sedan body type)

Removal

1. Remove the trim panel.





2. Loosen the mounting bolt.



3. Press the button and release the center seat belt.

4. Remove the rear seat and backrest.

5. Unscrew the lower mounting bolt.

6. Remove the upper seat belt mounting bolt.



7. Loosen the tension drum mounting bolt and remove the seat belt.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Rear seat belt and tensioner drum (station wagon models)

Removal

1. Remove the center seat belt.

2. Remove the rear seat and backrest.

3. Unscrew the lower mounting bolt.

4. Remove the upper seat belt mounting bolt.

5. Remove the trim panel from the rear pillar and the luggage compartment wall.

6. Loosen the tension drum mounting bolt and remove the seat belt.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
