Center console — removal and installation (Opel Omega B)

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.



2. Loosen the mounting bolts.



3. Remove the shelf.

4. Remove the phone mounting bracket if necessary.



5. Loosen the mounting screws.

6. Remove the ventilation profile.



7. Disconnect the connection connectors.



8. Remove the gear shift boot.



9. Remove the indicator panel if necessary.



10. Remove the winter mode switch of the automatic transmission, if necessary.





11. Loosen the mounting screws.



12. Remove the gear shift lever trim panel.



13. Remove the handbrake lever boot.



14. Loosen the mounting screws.





15. Remove the armrest.



16. Loosen the mounting screws.



17. Remove the mounting bracket.



18. Raise the center console.



19. Disconnect the connection connectors.

20. Remove the center console.



21. On automatic transmission models, press the yellow lever to release the automatic transmission lever.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
