Power window
Removing
1. Lower the glass about 3/4.
2. Remove the inner door trim panel and protective film.
3. Remove the inside door handle.
4. Remove the shock sensor and mounting bracket.
5. Disconnect the power window connector.
6. Mark the position of the rail mounting bolts and remove the bolts.
7. While holding the glass, drill out the fixing rivets (indicated by arrows) window regulator.
8. Remove the power window levers.
9. Remove the power window mechanism.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Install the power window with new glass.
3. On models with power windows, after connecting the battery, fully raise the window and hold the adjuster button pressed for 5 seconds.
Roll-down front door glass
Removing
1. Remove the power window mechanism.
2. Remove the outside rear view mirror.
3. Remove the speaker.
4. Remove the seals from the bottom edge of the window.
5. Remove the seal from the leading edge of the window.
6. Remove the seal from the glass guide.
7. Loosen the top fixing bolt (indicated by an arrow) glass guide.
8. Loosen the bottom fixing bolt (indicated by an arrow) glass guide.
9. Tilt the glass forward and remove it from the door.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Check that the channel (indicated by an arrow) on the trailing edge of the glass hit the trailing edge of the door.
3. Check that the leading edge of the glass is in the guide (arrow).
4. The locking bolt is used to adjust the maximum height of the glass.
Sliding rear door glass
Removing
1. Remove the window regulator.
2. Remove the seal from the inner bottom edge of the window.
3. Remove the seal from the outer lower edge of the window.
4. Remove the seal from the trailing edge of the window.
5. Loosen the top fixing bolt.
6. Loosen the center and bottom mounting bolts (indicated by arrows).
7. Remove the glass guide.
8. Raise the glass and remove it from the door.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Check that the rear edge of the glass is in the guide groove (arrow).
3. Check that the guide (arrow) on the leading edge of the glass hit the leading edge of the door.
4. Locking bolts are used for the maximum lifting height of the glass.
5. Loosen the front stop bolt.
6. Loosen the rear lock bolt.
Fixed door glass
Removing
1. Remove the lowering glass of a back door.
2. Remove the rubber seal.
3. Remove glass.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
