Ignition switch - starts a petrol engine, preheater - starts a diesel engine
The steering is locked, the ignition is off.

II ignition is on, preheating is on in the diesel engine.
III engine start (gearbox in neutral position).
Unlocking the steering wheel: turn the wheel slightly, set the key to position I
Steering wheel lock: set the key to position B, turn the steering wheel until the lock engages (you will hear a click).
