1. Perform the following procedures at intervals as described in section Regular Maintenance, at the beginning of this guide.
2. Lubricate the door hinges, hood and trunk lid hinges, or rear door hinges with a small amount of grease.
3. Apply a small amount of grease to the contact surfaces of all locks, strike plates and door closing levers (photo).
4. Carefully inspect the air conditioning pipes for damage.
5. Remove the grille (Chapter 11) and using a soft brush, clean the surface of the condenser from dry leaves, dirt, etc. Finally, reinstall the radiator grille.
6. Inspect the car from below for mechanical damage and corrosion. Check the condition of the anti-corrosion coating.
