2. Disconnect the rods from the lock and, on 1988 models, disconnect the central locking motor wires.
3. Using a socket wrench, remove the screws and remove the lock assembly from the door (photo).
4. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order, note that on models from 1988 equipped with a central lock, before installation in its original place, the central lock motor must be adjusted as described in Section 13. On all models, upon completion, check that the strike plate enters the lock at the center and adjust it if necessary.
