Replacement of rear wheel hub bearings on all models of vehicles, except for vehicles with the «20XE» engine (Opel Kadett E)

Removal

Remove the hub as described above.

Using a screwdriver, remove the oil seal from the hub.

Remove the inner tapered roller bearing.

Using the KM 266 2, KM 266 3 and KM 466 2 devices, press out the outer ring of the inner bearing (see photo).



Using the same tools, press out the outer ring of the outer bearing.

Installation

Install new bearing rings and hub as specified in subsection "Replacing the wheel hub".
