Radio receiver as plug-in module
Before installation, check that the 4 retaining springs on the instrument are engaged with the switch panel. To do this, try to install the radio receiver in the removed switch panel.
If the retaining springs do not engage, lightly file the switch panel at both contact points of the appliance holders -arrow-. To do this, remove the radio receiver and instrument holders from the switch panel.
Caution: Only remove the radio receiver together with the retaining clips shown in the figure, otherwise the front wall may be damaged.
Insert both locking clips into the holes on the front wall and push them in until you can feel a click. As a result, the side retaining springs are pressed out.
Remove the radio with both brackets from the instrument panel. Engaged retaining clips can only be removed again after the radio has been removed. The brackets are included in the radio installation kit.
