Maintenance of electrical equipment (Opel Kadett D)

            0

Electrical equipment requires systematic testing of various units. Testing should not be neglected, since the safety of the vehicle depends on electrical equipment. As part of diagnostics and maintenance, the following must be tested, and if necessary adjusted and replaced:
  • The angle of the closed state of the contacts of the breaker in the ignition distributor does not apply to the transistor ignition system
  • Spark plugs
  • Battery electrolyte level

Important: When working on electrical equipment, disconnect the battery ground.
