Removal and installation the negative battery terminal (Opel Insignia A)

Removal

1. Turn on the radio and rewrite all radio station settings.

2. Make sure that all lights and additional equipment are turned off.

3. Turn off the ignition and remove the key from the ignition switch.

4. Loosen the nut (1) of the negative battery terminal.



5. Remove the negative terminal (2) from the battery.

Installation

1. Install the negative terminal on the battery and tighten the nut to 4.5 Nm.

2. Insert the key and turn on the ignition.

3. Program non-volatile memory.

4. Program all radio station settings and set the clock.
