Removing
1. Raise and secure the vehicle.
2. Remove the rear wheels from the vehicle.
3. Remove the rear muffler assembly.
4. Disconnect the anti-roll bar from the stabilizer struts.
5. Remove the parking brake cables from the rear subframe.
6. Remove the lower rear suspension arms from the vehicle,
7. Remove the rear suspension adjusting rods from the vehicle.
8. To turn away internal fastenings of the top levers of a back suspension bracket.
9. Place the transmission jack under the rear subframe and secure it securely with the clamps.
10. Mark the position of the rear subframe relative to the car body with a spray can of paint.
11. To turn away bolts of fastening of a back stretcher.
12. With the help of an assistant, lower the rear subframe on the transmission jack.
13. Remove the anti-roll bar from the rear subframe.
Installation
Note. When reinstalling suspension components, refer to the procedures in the appropriate sections for replacing each component.
1. Install the anti-roll bar on the rear subframe.
2. With the help of an assistant, place the rear subframe on the transmission jack and fix it securely with clamps.
3. Raise the jack into place.
4. Tighten the new rear subframe bolts to 90 Nm.
5. Using tool EN-49411, tighten the rear subframe mounting bolts a further 120°+ 15°.
6. Remove transmission jack.
7. Install the inner mountings of the upper rear suspension arms.
8. Install the rear suspension adjusting rods on the subframe.
9. Install the lower rear suspension arms.
10. Install the parking brake cables on the rear subframe.
11. Install the rear muffler assembly,
12. Connect the stabilizer bars to the stabilizer bar.
13. Install the rear wheels on the car.
14. Lower the car.
15. Check and adjust the angles of installation of the rear wheels of the car.
