The rear suspension of the car performs the following functions:
- Maintains the position of the rear axle relative to the vehicle body.
- Controls the reactive torque during vehicle acceleration and deceleration.
The rear suspension consists of the following components:
- Base assembled.
- Springs with insulators.
- Roll with insulators and struts.
- Cross rods.
- Upper suspension arms.
- Lower suspension arms.
- Longitudinal levers.
- Zapf.
- Wheel bearings/hubs.
- shock absorbers.
Depending on the type of vehicle transmission (all wheel drive or front wheel drive), the car is equipped with two types of rear suspension: GNC and GNE.
