Right Powertrain Mount — Replacement (Opel Zafira A)

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Remove the air filter (see "Air filter - removal and installation").

3. In any way possible (for example, with a standard jack through a wooden block) we lift the engine, unloading the right support (the wheel is removed).



4. Using the TORX E11 key, unscrew the three bolts securing the support to the body and the three bolts securing the intermediate bracket to the engine bracket.



5. Remove the right support assembly with the intermediate bracket.

6. Clamp the intermediate bracket in a vice and use a TORX T55 key to unscrew the bolt securing it to the support.



7. Install the parts in the reverse order. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque (see "Reference data"). When installing the intermediate bracket, align recess 1 with protrusion 2 on the support.
