Left Powertrain Mount — Replacement (Opel Zafira A)

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Remove the battery (see "Battery - Removal and Installation").

3. Using a 14 mm wrench, unscrew the three bolts securing the battery platform and remove it.



4. Remove the clutch hydraulic drive line from the rear...



...and front brackets.



5. Using the TORX E14 key, unscrew the three bolts 1 securing the intermediate bracket to the gearbox bracket and using the TORX E12 key, unscrew the four bolts 2 securing the support to the body.





6. Remove the left support assembly with the intermediate bracket.

7. Clamp the intermediate bracket in a vice and use a TORX T55 key to unscrew the bolt securing it to the support.



8. Install the parts in the reverse order. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque (see "Reference data"). When installing the intermediate bracket, align recess 1 with protrusion 2 on the support.
