Warning! Brake discs are replaced in pairs, in both front wheel brake mechanisms at once.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend that when replacing brake discs, you also replace the brake pads.
Sequence of execution
1. Remove the caliper from the brake disc without disconnecting the brake hose from it (see "Front brake pads - replacement").
2. Fix the caliper so as not to damage the brake hose (for example, we tie it with wire to the spring of the stand).
(Material was taken from a resource www.OPELBOOK.ru)
3. On models with a removable brake shoe guide, use an 18 mm wrench to unscrew the two mounting bolts and remove it.

4. Using a TORX T30 key, unscrew the brake disc mounting screw.

5. Remove the brake disc from the hub. If the brake disc does not come off, tap it with a hammer through a wooden spacer.

Warning! Do not strike the working surface of the disc with a hammer!
6. Clean the seat of the disk on the hub from dirt and rust, lubricate it with a thin layer of plastic grease.
7. Next, install all removed parts in reverse order.
