Master cylinder — removal and installation (Opel Omega B)

Removal

1. Remove the wiper arms and water drain panel.

2. Disconnect the hydraulic hose from the reservoir.

3. Remove the retaining clip and disconnect the tube from the master cylinder.

4. Disconnect the cylinder pushrod from the clutch pedal. Unscrew the mounting nuts and remove the cylinder. If the cylinder is faulty, it must be replaced.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
