Engine, windscreen wiper connection mechanism (Opel Omega B)

Removal

1. Remove the windshield wiper arms.



2. Remove the seal from the rear wall of the engine compartment.



3. Remove the mounting screws of the water drainage panel.





4. Lift the seal, remove the latches and remove the panel.





5. Remove the water drain panel.



6. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the hose mount.



7. Disconnect the engine connection connector.





8. Loosen the mounting bolts of the coupling mechanism and the engine on the left and right sides.





9. Remove the mounting bolts in the center and remove the motor and coupling mechanism.

10. Remove the motor from the coupling mechanism if necessary.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. The latch on the left side must fall into the corresponding hole (indicated by the arrow) on the bracket.
