Windscreen/Rearscreen/Headlamp washers (Opel Omega B)

Washer fluid reservoir

1. Remove the front bumper.

2. Remove the mounting screws and the front section of the left front wheel well insert.

3. The reservoir is located behind the inner section of the front bumper.

4. Remove the inner section of the front bumper.



5. Disconnect the pump connection connector.



6. Disconnect the hose from the pump.

7. Disconnect the hose and connection connector from the auxiliary pump if necessary.



8. Remove the neck.



9. Remove the wires from the mountings on the inner section of the bumper and remove the bumper together with the reservoir.

10. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the tank.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Removal

Disconnect the hose and connection connector from the pump and remove the pump from the tank.

Removal

1. Disconnect the connection connector and hose from the sprinkler.

2. Press the latches and remove the spray arm.

Removal

1. Insert a screwdriver between the spray arm and the seal. Press the latches and remove the spray arm.



2. Disconnect the hose.

Removal

1. Remove the nozzle from the tube.

2. Remove the headlight.

3. Disconnect the hose from the tube at the bottom of the headlight.

4. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the tube.
