Replace glow plugs — every 100,000 km (Opel Omega A)

Removal

1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove the air filter tube.

3. Disconnect the wire from the glow plug (see illustration).



4. Unscrew the mounting nuts and remove the wires from each glow plug (see illustration). Remember the position of the washers.

5. Unscrew and remove the glow plugs (see illustration).

Installation

6. Install in reverse order. Tighten the spark plugs to the tightening torque specified in the Specifications.
