Once a year or every 10,000 km check the oil level, specifically in the inspection hole -B- (in the direction of travel, left rear of the differential).
Fill the oil through the screw plug -A- in the gearbox cover until oil starts to flow out of the inspection screw -B-.
Note: Pour oil slowly. Since oil first flows into the gearbox, it takes a certain amount of time until it starts to flow out from under the control screw.
The sealing plug for adjusting the shift rod -C- is not required for changing the oil
Transmission oil specification: SAE 80 according to GM-4753.
Please note: KADETT GTE requires special transmission oil, OPEL No.1940759.
