Replacing the control unit of the system for changing the force on the steering wheel (Opel Insignia A)

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Remove the lower instrument panel trim insulator.

3. Unhook the control unit of the variable steering force system from the clamps.

4. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the variable steering effort control unit (1).



5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

6. Program the control unit of the variable steering force system using diagnostic equipment.
