Battery characteristics
The positive terminal of the battery is connected by one wire to the positive terminal of the starter and by another, red and with a cross-section of 10 mm², to the rest of the current consumers. The negative terminal of the battery is shorted to the "ground" of the car by a braided jumper.
Always on (regardless of the position of the ignition key and after removing the key from the lock) power supply circuits for external lighting, ceiling light, hazard warning lights, luggage compartment lighting lamp and power supply circuits for the clock and radio receiver, and, depending on the configuration, the power supply circuit for the centralized door locking system.
