The front suspension is independent, of the "swinging candle" type, telescopic with hydraulic shock absorber struts (on cars with the "20XE" engine, gas-filled shock absorber struts are used), made in one piece with the steering knuckles, with helical cylindrical springs, lower arms and an anti-roll bar. The arms are steel, stamped. On cars with the "20XE" engine, the ground clearance is reduced by 10 mm compared to other models.
