Replacing the power steering pump pulley (Opel Insignia A)

1. Remove the power steering pump.

2. Using the SN-25034-C puller, remove the pulley (1) from the power steering pump.



3. The pulley is installed using the SN-25033-C device.

Four cylinder engines: Make sure the pulley is flush with the spindle and aligned with the other pulley.

Six-cylinder engine (LBW): Install the pulley to provide the clearance "a" shown in the figure, equal to 3.2 mm.
