2. Place a drip pan under the vehicle.
3. Remove as much fluid as possible from the power steering expansion tank.
4. Remove the front wheels from the vehicle.
5. Remove the front bumper.
6. Unscrew the hollow bolt (1) hydraulic booster pressure pipe connector.
Note.
- At installation to use the new sealing rings moistened with a working liquid of the hydraulic booster.
- Hollow Bolt Torque (1): 37.5 Nm.
7. Remove the four clips (2) power steering pressure pipe.
8. Loosen the bolt (3) power steering pressure pipe bracket.
Note. Tightening torque: 9 Nm.
9. Remove pressure pipe / power steering hose (4).
10.Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- Install new o-rings after wetting them with power steering fluid.
- Fill the working fluid into the hydraulic booster reservoir and bleed the system.
- Remove excess power steering fluid from vehicle.
