Emergency Brake Assist System (Opel Insignia A)

This system is designed to improve the efficiency of brakes during emergency braking of the vehicle.

The electronic brake control unit receives signals from the brake pedal pressure sensor. When a sharp increase in pedal pressure is detected, the electronic control unit immediately increases the pressure in the brake circuits to the maximum value.
