Description of the control system design (Opel Zafira A)

            0

The engine management system is a complex system designed to prepare the fuel-air mixture in the proportion and quantity required for various engine operating modes, supply this mixture to the cylinders and ignite it. The engine management system includes an electronic control unit (ECU), information sensors (based on their signals, the ECU determines the engine operating mode) and actuators (serve directly to change the composition and quantity of the fuel-air mixture supplied to the engine cylinders and the moment of its ignition). To clean the fuel and air entering the engine cylinders, fuel and air filters are used, respectively.
