If you suspect a malfunction in the refrigerant circuit, do the following:
1. Check the outside surfaces of the radiator and condenser to make sure there are no dirt, tree leaves, or foreign material blocking the free passage of air. Along with the outer surfaces, the space between the condenser and the radiator must be checked.
2. Check the condenser core, hoses and tubes for dents or pinches.
3. Check the operation of the blower fan.
4. Check the tightness of all air ducts and the absence of foreign objects in them. Low airflow indicates increased resistance in the evaporator core.
5. Check drive belt tension.
