During operation, a certain flow occurs and, accordingly, a decrease in the level of technical fluids (e.g. oil in the engine lubrication system). Also, a malfunction of the corresponding vehicle systems can lead to a decrease in the level of technical fluids. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically monitor the levels of technical fluids and, if necessary, top them up to the required level. The best option is to check the level of technical fluids every day before leaving, it does not take much time. If you do not consider this possible, check at least once a week. The more often you check, the sooner you will notice an abnormal increase in the consumption of technical fluids when a vehicle malfunctions (see «Possible car malfunctions and their causes») and you will be able to eliminate them with the least consequences not only for the car, but also for your wallet.
