Intake system
The engine intake system is equipped with a filter that cleans the air supplied to the engine combustion chambers.
Exhaust system
A catalytic converter is an exhaust gas control device installed in a vehicle's exhaust system to reduce hydrocarbon content (NS), carbon monoxide (SO) and nitrogen oxides (NOx), contained in the exhaust gases. The catalytic converter is a ceramic element supported by insulators and placed in a metal case. The element is coated with three noble metals: platinum (Pt), palladium (Pd) and rhodium (Rh). The catalytic converter is out of service.
The muffler is used to reduce the level of noise generated by the engine exhaust gases. It is a set of tubes and baffles with holes that dampen sound waves through resonance. The muffler is made of stainless steel to protect the exhaust tract from corrosion. The muffler is fixed between the rear wheels.
