Zafira model rear light — removal and installation (Opel Zafira A)

The rear light must be removed to replace the bulbs located in it, as well as in the event of mechanical damage.

Removal

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. In the luggage compartment, turn the two decorative cover fasteners 90° counterclockwise.



3. Remove the decorative cover by pulling it inward by the front edge.



4. Unscrew the two nuts, while holding the lantern from the outside with one hand.



5. Move the light away from the car body and...

...disconnect the wiring harness connector from the lamp.

Installation

We install the lantern in the reverse order.
