Front passenger compartment light with individual illumination (Opel Zafira A)

Removal and installation

1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Using a thin slotted screwdriver, press the two fasteners of the lamp in the front part and remove it from the hole in the roof trim.



3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the speaker of the standard hands-free system (if installed).



4. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the ceiling light.

5. Install the front passenger compartment light in the reverse order.

Replacing lamps

1. Using a thin slotted screwdriver, remove the lampshade diffuser.



2. Remove the faulty lamp from the socket.

Note: If the above method does not work to replace the bulb, remove the lamp from the roof lining (see above), turn the socket of the faulty bulb counterclockwise and remove it.

Remove the faulty lamp from the socket.
